United Energy Egypt (UEE), established in 2021, is a subsidiary of Kuwait Energy Egypt (KEE), which has been operational since 2006. Both companies are under the umbrella of United Energy Group (UEG), the ultimate parent company.

UEE has made significant strides in the energy sector through Block 11 awarding of the oil and gas concession in the Western Desert. This marks a pivotal step in its expansion and operational footprint in Egypt.
