Land Assistant I

Responsibilities

 

• Offer general clerical support to the Land Department including maintaining the Land File Room.
• Assisting with document imaging and uploading.
• Assisting with mailouts
• Assisting with opening, sorting, imaging and routing department mail.
• Routing documents for review and approval.
• Managing owner relations line.
• Name and address maintenance.
• Participating in special projects teams.
  
   

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, strong organization abilities; effective oral and written communication skills; familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.)
  
   

Education

• High School diploma required. College diploma preferred.
  
   

Physical Requirements

• Most work is performed while sitting at a desk in a climate controlled office. Position requires the ability to see and lift up to 25 lbs.
